Sensible Home Warranty failed to reimburse a claim after 6 months, failed to reimburse pro-rated service plan after cancellation
This is a complete scam! We submitted a claim in Nov 13 which was approved, but still have not received payment in apr 14.
We canceled our service with them in January, and no reimbursement (supposed to be guaranteed) nor even ANY acknowledgement that they received the correspondence. We have spent hours on the phone with customer service and sent repeated emails to customer service and billing to no avail. It is so bad that when you do get to talk to a customer service rep, they can't even answer your questions nor can they call the billing office to get you an answer--the customer is expected to email the billing office (Who then never responds). We have complained to the better business bureau, and they couldn't even get a response from these idiots.
I will also be filing a complaint with the Alaska Attorney Generals office to at least hopefully stop these them from doing business and causing more harm.
As of this writing, they still owe me $700 which I do not expect to ever see.
