My lid switch went for the second time on our washing machine. They sent us a repairman the first time it happened, covered no problem.

Second time I called and every day for 2 weeks was told that they had a technician who would call me in the morning. That never happened. Finally the CSR tells me another option is to get my own technician to do the repair. I do and he's here and amazingly they couldn't get an underwriter on the phone.

The CSR tells me it will probably be fine. I finally submit a claim for a mere $200 and I was told it wasn't covered...the same part they covered a year ago.

I don't even know where to begin. Once my policy expires I will not renew and I would recommend avoiding this company.

Monetary Loss: $200.
