Sensible owes me $1,545 for a claim back in July, and $3,500 in damages that a contractor left in my home. Worst company to ever deal with, making sure this company shuts down for good and is banned selling insurance policies in this country.
Company has never paid for any of my claims as well as uneducated phone operators. Have tried contacting the president and Vice President of the company and have had no response from either of them.
They haven't paid me back yet for any of the claims I have submitted. Worst customer service, I do not understand how this company is still in business, after all of these negative comments.
